Our approach to teaching is experiential; we have devised a unique learning model that is cogent, result-oriented and fosters evolution. The different components of our learning model – Listen, Explore, Think and Expand – work coherently, towards imparting knowledge, making participants learn, experience, and transform. Further, it instills a sense of commitment that helps them to strive for excellence in their career, resulting in the delivery of quality software to customers.

LISTEN
- Ensure correct understanding of concepts
Our focus is to ensure the participants understand theory, in a simple and effective way. Therefore, our programs are never ‘slide-intensive’. Serious effort and careful planning go into choosing the right contents, akin to a well-balanced diet. To aid easy understanding, the concepts are broken down to optimum levels – simplified modules to ensure that the ‘morsels’ are the right size. This ensures proper assimilation of the concepts.
The ‘Listen‘ phase consists of classroom sessions, where the participants listen to lecture/ audio-video presentations presented in a module-by-module format. The role of faculty in addition to being a teacher is also to act as a catalyst to ensure the effective and correct transfer of knowledge.

EXPLORE
– Make learning application-centric
Knowing theory is just not enough. Just as digestive enzymes in the stomach aid in digestion of food, the hands-on sessions in the lab help the participants to ‘digest’ the concepts.
The lab is designed to be an environment to do a set of things, explore concepts and ask questions. This ensures that the theoretical concepts are understood correctly and facilitate real-world application.
In corporate workshops, participants are encouraged to enact role-play. This enables sharing of experiences and aids the learning process.
Explore Phase makes the learning process effective, application-centric and joyful.
THINK
– Build confidence, transform people
The transformation of food to nutrition by digestion facilitates assimilation providing nourishment for everyday functioning of the body. Similarly, thinking / reflection on the learning bring transformation in one’s perception, thereby leading to better knowledge assimilation.
An innovative aspect of our learning model is ‘P2P – Points to Ponder‘. P2P are questions to think on, and ‘pick’ your brain, pleasantly. Self-assessment questions (SAQ) at the end of each module help the participants think and clarify. In corporate workshops, introspection sessions help to compare the learning with what they are doing.
Think Phase builds confidence in the participant and results in the transformation of individual.
EXPAND
– Ensure continuous learning
Learning extends beyond classroom. To enable participants expand their knowledge horizon they are provided access to related reading materials – books, web links and worked examples. Just as exercising the body aids in staying healthy, expanding your knowledgebase makes you alert to the environment and helps to grow in tune with real world situations.
Expand Phase ensures continuous learning, this is truly participant driven, we facilitate this.
