At Cleansoft Academy, we “chisel” test talent in graduates via a structured and intensive Finishing School in Software Testing – Software Test Engineering Professional Program (STEP Program). We create a ReadyTalent – talent tool – of 50+ test professionals bi-annually, who are project-ready and can work as effective tester with least supervision for entry-level positions.In addition to building strong foundation in testing, the Finishing School focuses on developing soft skills, systems thinking, team work and communication. IT companies have the option of hiring them after a minimal contract period of 12 months.
2. Customized QA Talent grooming program for IT companies
Alternatively, CleanSoft Academy will be glad to partner with IT companies to conduct customized software testing talent grooming program – to develop entry-level test talent with specific curriculum to suit their needs. Based on the eligibility criteria set by the partner IT company participants to this program will be invited. The participants will be groomed on technical skills, industry awareness and soft skills for a period of around 4 weeks. On completion of the grooming period the fresh test engineers will join the partner IT company on their payroll.
